Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Gently sauté the garlic until it turns a bit brown. Use a fine-mesh sieve to strain the garlic-flavored oil. Set aside the cooked garlic cloves. Put back the garlic-flavored oil into the pan and add roughly chopped onions. Sauté for a few minutes until they are soft. Add the small pieces of marinated chicken and cook until they are golden brown. Stir in three cups of cooked rice and curry sauce (I used the sauce here). Cook for 3 minutes. Add salt to taste and dried chili powder.
